Since brexit deliveries taking an age. Still a good price but might be time to look elsewhere.

Excellent Customer Service

We have used Zooplus for a number of years and as one would expect had a couple of problems with either delivery or a product.
Each time Zooplus sorted the problem out without quibble. EXCELLENT Customer service as it should be.

Just had the best customer service from Zooplus. I ordered an item, had emails to say it would be delivered at the exact time it was delivered, arranged a return for one item, had it collected on time, for free, then emailed to say it has been returned, then received refund. Excellent service all round. Will use again.

Really unhappy with Zooplus

Really unhappy with Zooplus. Order placed on 1st Feb, with ETA 9th Feb. Got midway through Feb, nothing arrived, so contacted both Yodel and Zooplus, informed it would be looked into. 12th March, still nothing, so had to contact Zooplus to cancel and ask for full refund, past the point of actually needing the purchase now. With quite a hefty order just shy of 40 pounds, so very disappointed. Will not use again due to the lack of communication.

I have earned bonus points when I bought products from Zooplus.Unfortunately my dog died last September so I will not be buying further products from Zooplus. They won't let me donate those points so other animals can benefit - THEY INSIST I SPEND ANOTHER £10 IN ORDER FOR THEM TO APPLY THE POINTS EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ALEADY SPENT MONEY WITH THEM TO EARN THE POINTS - THEY ARE PATHETIC.

Don't expect them to be quick, honest or forthcoming with an apology

Wow, I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering, because they're exactly like my experience. Please don't rely on the "estimated" delivery times they give on their site (1-3 days in over 85% of cases) - I suspect they put that percentage up there so that when your order doesn't turn up in anything like that time frame they can say "oh well, we didn't promise, though, we only said that's how long it usually takes". In my case, so far it's looking like it will be 7 - 9 days, and thats only if they can be trusted to deliver when they say they will this time. I do understand that sometimes orders run late, and wouldn't give a bad review for that alone. My problem is much more around the fact that four days ago, I received an email saying that my parcel was with DPD and giving me a tracking number. Having seen the 1-3 days' estimate on the website, I tried to use the tracker today and found that DPD didn't even have the parcel. When I contacted Zooplus Customer service, I got a rather patronising reply (no apology) explaining that the parcel had been dispatched from a "foreign warehouse" four days ago, that it takes 3-4 working days from this time, and that therefore my parcel "should" be with me by "by the end of the week". Even by their own timescale (3-4 days, and it says on the site that the only non working days are Sundays and Bank Holidays) it should actually have been with me by today or tomorrow. However, even more annoying than the fact-fudging was the tone of the email, as if this was all totally self evident and they hadn't actually given misleading and false information about the delivery timeframe or the dispatch to the Courier. I'm not a big fan of companies who treat you like you're the problem when they have clearly misled you several times already, and I won't be ordering from them again, ever. In the meantime, my choice is to either spend more money ordering from one of the just-as-cheap Pet Supplies companies in the UK who actually can and will deliver in 1- 3 days (I know, should have stuck with them instead of experimenting with ZooPlus!!), or to let my poor old cat (who can only have certain food due to health conditions) live on fresh air until ZooPlus feels like sending me the goods I've paid for.

Steer clear, import goods without advising you.

Have used zooplus a couple of times in the past and things have generally been OK. However, god help you if you're unlucky enough to be one of the random customers whose order gets shipped from outside of the UK. Not only do zooplus NOT tell you in advance of ordering to allow you to make alternative arrangements but they don't even apologise when your order fails to arrive. Despite email communication and the fact that my parcel seems to be taking a grand tour of Germany there has been no apologies nor any refund at the moment. A paypal dispute will be raised and I would urge potential customers to think twice before using these thieving cowboys. By the way, ended up having to order the dog food from elsewhere and it duly arrived in a couple of days, yet as I write, the zooplus order is god knows where.

Missing Order!

I placed an order on 15th December. Received Dispatch notice on 16th December. Delivery service has not received the parcel yet! I have contacted Customer Service 3 times and no reponse. However have received an invoice and asked to review my delivery! What delivery ! This is appalling!!

Explain this one zooplus..

Am smiling as I read the latest brexit update from zooplus. It states and I quote"we would like to reassure you that we remain totally committed to our UK business and customers. ". Well having moved from Yorkshire to n ireland that statement rings hollow. Basically they refuse to send to n ireland. No reasons, no explanation. It's shoddy but maybe zooplus would like to be honest and say they don't deliver to n ireland. In the meantime this ex customer will look for a company that treats customers properly, irrespective of where they live.
